Option 1: Lunch for up to 30 wedding guests
A 3-course Italian-style lunch (late afternoon okay too) for up to 30 wedding guests either in the garden or indoors.
Package includes wedding celebrant, exclusive wedding venue hire with our caring staff, a gorgeous wedding cake, delicious fresh seasonal catering (entrée, main, dessert, coffee, tea), and table settings for up to 30 people, a night's accommodation for the couple, breakfast basket, and some wedding detailing. Option 2: Cocktails and canapes for up to 50 wedding guests
A relaxed, mingly cocktail-style reception for you and up to 50 wedding guests.
Package includes wedding celebrant, exclusive wedding venue hire with our caring staff, a gorgeous wedding cake, delicious sweet and savory grazing platters, coffee and tea, a night's accommodation for the couple, breakfast basket, and wedding detailing. Mid-week weddings
Early-to-mid week weddings at the Arcus wedding venue (Mon-Thurs) are likely to attract a small discount.
Winter weddings
Winter weddings are possible but maximum guest numbers are 25 for lunch and 40 for canapes. Prices would reflect guest numbers.

Located on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast, the Arcus function and weddings venue is an established 6-hectare residence, just 45 minutes from Wellington City, 10 minutes from Waikanae, 15 minutes from Paraparaumu, 5 minutes from Ōtaki, and an hour from Palmerston North.
