Option 1: Long lunch wedding
Elegant ceremony plus lunch for up to 40 wedding guests (up to 6 hours)
A 3-course long lunch for up to 40 wedding reception guests either in the garden or indoors. Delicious 3-course menu themes can include Italian summer, Mexican fiesta or Asian fusion.
Package includes wedding celebrant, ceremony, exclusive wedding venue hire with our caring staff, early access for your bridal party, onsite consultation for ceremony and reception design, a gorgeous wedding cake, delicious fresh seasonal catering (plated entrée, buffet or banquet main, dessert plus tea & coffee), welcome easel, table settings, and some wedding detailing.
2026/27 pricing from $4000-6500 incl GST (depends on your guest numbers and wishes) plus $120pp for 3-course meal (depends on menu choices). BYO beverages.
Option 2: Mix and mingle wedding
Elegant ceremony plus light lunch or canapes for up to 40 wedding guests (up to 5 hours)
A relaxed, mingly reception for you and up to 40 wedding reception guests either in the garden or indoors.
Package includes wedding celebrant, ceremony, exclusive wedding venue hire with our caring staff, early access for your bridal party, onsite consultation for ceremony and reception design, a gorgeous wedding cake, your choice of canapes/platters or light 1-course lunch, coffee and tea, welcome easel, and some wedding detailing.

We fell in love with this land on the Kapiti Coast, in particular the nature, the energy and the vibrant light here - the summer greens and autumn yellows are wonderful. We feel honoured that this slice of paradise creates a beautiful backdrop for your wedding day. And we like to think the land is imbued and enriched by the love story of each couple that marries here.
We know and love weddings here @ the Arcus venue. We know all the nerves, and the buzz and excitement that is part of the journey. Named as bride and groom of the year 20 years ago, as experienced event managers and wedding venue owners, we know first-hand what it takes to bring your special day together with personal touches that uniquely reflect you.

Located on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast, the Arcus function and weddings venue is an established 6-hectare residence, just 45 minutes from Wellington City, 10 minutes from Waikanae, 15 minutes from Paraparaumu, 5 minutes from Ōtaki, and an hour from Palmerston North.
